I know, I know, everybody does uwsc now cause it's fast and profitable. Don't care, don't care, I won't go out and do the pits in 15mins just to go there again to clear it again.
Duo UW full clear existed long before the lame Shadow Form buff.
"What? SF is soo K00L! Why are you saying it's lame?!"
Because it is. Have you ever played doom with idkfa on? Yes, it's fun for 10 minutes then you (should) just realize that you're running around invincible and killing everything. UW wasn't designed for that. There are perfectly designed parts of UW, with different ways of completion. They used only core skills and made something wonderful and gave us ectos which we love to get. Yes, you can even farm them. Then they let all the n00bs down there with shadow form because they were too lame to learn to farm it with a VwK warrior which in fact does not require more brain than making a toast. Ok, enough ranting, lets get back to business.
Why duo?
Because you can't do it alone
Otherwise I would suggest you to do that. Doing a full UW clear in HW with just two people is an achievement. I would say it's one of the ultimate achievements you can do in GW. (Yes, the other one is capping "The power is yours" with Toby) With the well synchronized work of two people, sweating blood, you can do something that was designed for a team. Well yeah, you can say that "Yeah, me and my friend took out Dhuum and his forces the other day. Yes, just the two of us."
Exhilarating, isn't it? Well, you still get ectos, tomes, nice non-insc golds and stuff from the end-chest so everybody should be tempted enough. (Plus the lame statue in HoH)
What do I need?
Well, either a Necro or a Monk. (I just had a thought, Duo Monk might work just as well as a Necro since Ray of Judgment does not cause mobs to scatter Further research is needed.)
A 600 monk for sure to tank everything. And also an 55hp equipment for the same monk because otherwise the Wrathful Spirits quest would be mango long and dangerous. (it's long enough either way)
