if anyone says they're bored in Ally Chat... it becomes happy Helpful Helping Hour! The bored people + available officers will go and help newbies in the alliance.

- For characters under lvl 16
- No power levelling not even for survivors
- No runs
- They have to play with us not leech
- We are not obliged to give free things e.g. armor materials, money
- Cant have it nonstop thru the day every single hour. There must be breaks.

The newbies get:
- Personalised attention/careful teaching!!! <- important!


We get
- something to do!
- build up our guilds
