P2P Racing looking for a host?

This is another event that the Alliance used to have on a weekly basis that many enjoyed. Part of the trick was to move the locations, some quite difficult and others that were more accesible to more players.


I know that there is a variation on this as well, where the racers have to streak: no armor!

Anyway, I've nabbed the old rules for it, see below

This event is Place to Place racing. I have done this before and it is really fun to do. All I do is pick a place and then pick another place around that place. Example Lions Arch to Temple of Ages.

Rules:

1. Bring running builds
2. If you die you can be resurrected
3. If you are resurrected don't complain if you die
4. Everyone may participate
5. No cheating
6. Have fun

The host(s) is a member of the party(s) so he keep track of all contestents and also can be sure that no one is cheating.

that would be so cool, great idea i need to map out more places haha... but how would you know if someone just map travelled there

People would leave in teams, with a host per team if there ended up being more people than the max number in a group. The host either dies are watches or runs with the contestants. They would notice anyone leaving the group and map travelling that way
