I don't get much of that anyhow... what about doing all the things u have to ? can u kick in 10-25k per event ? will u politely get ppl to try new events and old favorites ? can you leave your personal views out of decision making ? are u willing to give up all your drops/time/holiday prizes/treats for the good of the guild ? have you been recruiting like Death has ? can you be NON-judgemental n not say things to ppl that might destroy them based on your own lifes experiances and personal opinions ? w/o a strong, well balanced, emotionally stable, pateint, genorous, outgoing, friendly leader the guild will lose members n eventually die........... no1 wants that to happen it worries me you say you cant start a guild on your own.......... im just being honest here i swear............ theres alot of good ppl in this guild n they deserve the best possible leader, until i/we see all those things from any1 in this guild i believe the best leader for rawr is toby.............. do the job from your officer position, if u do we will all see......... show us you can be everything instead of telling us u think u might be able to this is just life, im trying to be constructive not critical ps, im not capable of doing those things either........ thats y im not the guild leader and wont be  |

ok heres my comment on the subject i dint see the need for this change, to go from a definate thing that works perfectly like toby being gl to something that might work..............its not worth the risk, the last time some1 was " experimenting" the guild AND alliance blew up and will never be the same again.......... im not saying Van cant/wont/wouldnt possibly do a good job but theres a learning curve and issues with any change in leadership that the guild doesnt need, and possible drama that the alliance doesnt need the reasons 4 change arent good at all, no offence to van but " trying" something cuz youve always wanted to isnt a valid reason in my personal opinion, to many ppl could be negatively effected  i havent seen/heard of any serious recruiting, aside from hosting 1 lotto im not sure of what else has been shown do the job from your officer position for 30 days n we will re-evaluate............ post what you do and the results......... basically a job resume of why you should be leader......... i feel terrible saying all this but the guild is important, well it isnt but the ppl in it are  sorry, that my 1 opinion, if others feell differently thats fine |

I want to say this. There will have to be a GL change because I need to focus more on my life. I will need a replacement GL and supporting officers who will help take over the responsibilities I have held. Since Van isn't on during all event nights, we need to develop a system where if neither Van or I are on, we have officers to take care of events RAWR is involved in (Beltch and Lotto). We probably should set that system into place before I step down otherwise the chaos Dies fears will occur. This could be an excellent chance to set up an integrated and more equal distribution of responsibility across our guild. Namely, of events and recruiting (which all of us hate... lol). I should still be here to host events but if Im not GL and still hosting nearly all the time, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I already have excellent faith in the officers' abilties to watch language and chat content of our members in GC and AC I want to shift the focus of this discussion not whether we should change GL but rather the system we're changing to. |

well im glad to hear you want to focus on RL more at some point we all need to do that, its just gonna happen no matter what............ ok on to the system..............moving on to the system..................uhhhhhhhhhhhh...................okkkkkkkkkkk......... /still waiting any system is reliant on the ppl in it...................who all is going to be involved n how well will they accept the responsibilities is the question i guess do we have ppl that CAN be put into a system ? imo we need to identify and get a semi-firm commitment from a few ppl......... you guys know the officers better than i do so who all is capable? ive seen Deathly hell reaper recruiting................... he/she is also in-game a fair amount of time drom what i can see Van seems to be on more at euro times ?? is this true ? theres a person named Conan thats also fairly active.......... we need volunteers we can believe in to take over the responsibilities of Toby.......... whos gonna step up to the plate i guess is the main question ? it is time for toby to " play" the game n not worry about hosting/providing/doing everything shes earned the right to sign on whenever she wants n do whatever she wants............even if its just to sit in GH n chat like i do lol its kina like a retiring exec, no expectations but to relax n watch while still hanging around............ like i do who can we count on ? im not by any means saying Van or some1 else cant do the GL job, i just havent seen any clear cut frontrunner for the position is all  |
