 Look its a bunny! OK: What's happening now is that Im at uni half the week and looking for a casual job (need cash!) to fill out the other half. My time is also used for sleeping, eating, revising for class, drawing and my little craft projects. As you have noticed, I still come on GW and I host events. Im going to try and host Beltch and Lotto every week. While I try and pass my course, I want you guys to help me out  > Recruiting is a biggie, to keep up the activity of our guild! > Represent RAWR as wonderful people > Members can recruit too if they wish, just make sure officers online are ready to invite > Try and mingle with the ally It has been suggested to me we need a more active GL. I got the feeling most people are okay with me, but I see the reason why an active American is wanted. We have one application and some other contenders. If you have any suggestions for who, please privately pm me here on forums. I'm not going to be hasty choosing... ultimately a GL in my mind has to live up to my insane high expectations (which I dont even meet hehe). They're active and experienced with GW... with morals and fairness, a strong leader, who cres about the guild and everyone in it. Ty guys (Ohhhh and we have attachments now?!  ) |

Lol BUNNEH!!! Toby. You meet everyones expectations. Cept the whole time factor. I totally see why People want a 'more' active GL. I'm glad that you are focusing on UNI now. That should be top priority. And still hosting two events every week!! Thats just awsome. As for the whole GL application. I believe who that is. And I hope that that person can do the 'tough' job of being not just any GL.. But RAWR GL! Good luck RAWR! If anyone ever needs help pm me on these forums or ingame. I'll gladly help you. the other people there are scary good @.@ They have little sketching comps, I hope to enter... but I didnt win the last time I did either hehe. Last time I entered a sketching comp, one person won all 3 prizes with 3 different sketches! (I thought that was a bit unfair ) I entered the prepared work as well, and one person recognised my style at least. No i didnt win. Hmm for this con they wont be announcing your subject/topic until like the week before, I guess so everyone has the same amount of time to work on it. |

wow.................. any1 who actually wants to be GL is in needof serious therepy you have to always make sure u host the events, or make sure some1 else is you have to farm all week to get prizes for the events all your good drops go into the prize pool all your Z rewards from the traveler u have to donate to the prize pool u have to kick in 10-50k for every lotto AND make sure ppl are polite u have to make/try/push new events onto the guild and alliance, cuz if u dont no1 else will u have to basically give every second of game time to the ppl in the guild u have to beg ppl to recruit and do it yourself when they wont/dont u have to babysit the forums what u DONT get... chicks thanks appreciation gratitude help hardly any donations ect ect so if your will ing and able n can afford to do all those things week in week out by all means be guild leader......... if u cant do all of those things the guild will fail n ppl will leave......... no preassure lol so if some1 wants to be GL let them do those things for at least 1 month from thier officer position and we'll all see how it goes........if they show they can/do all those things they might deserve a shot its just like RL, u dont get the job just cuz u want it, u have to prove ahead of time your qualified to do the job........ welcome to life  |
