Hey guys.
I'm going to try and take the Gargleblaster game from long ago and try to revive it! The only problem is...I need your help! Next Monday, August 3rd I will be hosting the game which will start in RAWR guild hall and travel across all of fair Tyria. For those of you who are new, or simply forgot how to play let me go over the rules of the game.
~I will travel to an unknown location somewhere in any of the three Guild Wars games or expansion, and give a clue as to where I am. The first person to open trade with me receives a prize! Here is an example:
I would type: "The seat of power in Kryta, this city, once ruled by King Doric, is now owned by the White Mantle".
The first person to go to Lions Arch and trade with me would receive a prize. I would repeat this several times so that enough people will have gotten a chance to win, and then finish off with a finale question and a Grand Prize.
~NO USING WIKI! That just takes the fun out of the game for those who are playing fairly. The game is meant to reward those who know some of the lore of Guild Wars and can put it to good use (You won’t find the answers by typing in the hints on wiki anyways).
~I will always be in International District 1 in every location that I travel to. Always.
~Do NOT say the location that I am hiding at into Alliance chat, Guild chat, or any chat. Even if you don’t have the specific campaign or locations don’t ruin the fun for others!
I am very excited to be doing this because I remember all the fun I had when I played myself! Just remember to show up on Monday and follow the rules! Thanks guys!
One last thing…I’m trying to figure out a name for the event, so if you have one post it below. Thanks!
