Cleaning Up

This is Toby. I'm here and Im taking over the forums! I'm not going to tolerate any crap here anymore, you can come back again and again under different IPs, you make trouble I will ban them all. I don't want to see any more arguing.

Otherwise I hope to get this forums running normally again as a small forum for the RAWR guild ^^ I've deleted a lot of things or made them hidden, if the alliance requests info that cannot be found, just drop me a pm here on the forums or in game and I will help you locate it. I will mostly likely refuse people I don't know or who I don't think have a good enough reason for wanting to view them.

The system for sign up has been changed, new accounts must be approved by a forum staff member. I don't know how its gonna work, but I'm thinking a system of the member telling Dies or the RAWR officer that they signed up. I have mostly removed staff privileges from those not in RAWR to reflect RAWR's status as a guild not an alliance. New staff will be made soon.

Thank you Kai for your humungous effort on these forums!! You do an amount of work that I don't think is humanely possible... but omigosh you do it!! I came on and you already have done things I had planned to do.

And now we have a new banner cuz the one was outdated. We have a bone dragon, Vael, Gwen, Vekk, Ogden, me, the Jingle Bear, Nicholas the Traveler and Professor Yakkington in it!

i think the 2 of you and Lorne and Sassy and a fe others i cant think of right now are perfect candidates for the overall positions of " moral barometers " of these forums and the entire alliance........

leave me off the short list because alot of people still have deep seeded feelings against me, in other words im to controversial for any1 to think im fair and un-baised enough to make decisions concerning their comments and ideas.......or the alliance 4 that matter

im fine with that........i will support any decisions on deleteing posts ect ect even if thier mine

i trust all of you 100% to do the right thing when it comes to these forums and the alliance and i always have, even in the bad times.

my 1 piece ( hopefully only 1 )pf advice is to look at the old rawr forums.......... there were ALOT of deeper more detailed explanations on there about simple rules and the reasons why we had them. Those forums were the hard work of ALOT of ppl going through the difficult process of starting a brand new alliance........ that experiance is invaluable in my opinion and some of it could at least shine some light on whats ahead 4 this alliance

I have to say that I have always thought of the older forums as precedent
Especially when we had to set these up so fast! Two days later when the old ones came back up I knew exactly what I deem necessary to rescue before another forum outage. I copied posts wholesale because they were concise and covered so much detail.

As we clean I want to do two things... I want to take out the one work pot shot posts, they don't add anything to what needs to be shown. But I do want to preserve something to show how people pose and attack. As time goes by we will need to remember these lessons, new officers need to know how the signals start so they can push back earlier. Sure, some of this is ugly, but if we sweep it under the rug, are we likely to repeat history? So I'm thinking we pare it down to essentials.
