A little help Please..

Sooooo I am working on my guild.
And thought yea it'd be cool to have a forum site...
Well I got that made but I'm now trying to make it look all nice and shtuff. ;D


My actual question is how do I get the image centered at the top of the page? I think it's a header I'm not sure.... But any help would be nice..
