Guide to hosting
(written from memory, need to beg Sifo as he wrote the original)

Hosts turn up in RAWR GH 1hr before the drawing. Every 5 minutes spam in AC something like:
"Lotto on tonight! Drawing in __mins in RAWR GH im ur host! 1k for one ticket,2k for 2 (max)! Donations welcome"

Also be prepared that someone will yell in AC "WHAT IS LOTTO" and they'll pm you. Answer as best you can, or usually other people will step in and help answer questions so you can concentrate on hosting.

You can also say the "Pot" in AC to get people excited - e.g. "The pot so far is 30k + golds, greens, tomes!" But don't say it's an amount its not - mistake/typo its fine, just correct yourself, but dont continue saying that the pot is 100k when its 30k otherwise you'll be paying that extra 70k yourself. This preserves the integrity of our lotto.


How to do numbers
In a notepad.exe write:

1, x
2, x
3, x
4, x
5, x
6, x
7, x
8, x
9, x
10, x
(keep going how many people enter)
The x stands for their second number

So as people come and give u their ticket money you write down their names

1, x Ichigo
2 Renji (he is poor, he only bought 1 ticket/1k so take off the x)
3, x Byakuya
4, x Rukia
5, x Ishida
6 Keigo (same here)
7, x Orihime
8, x Yumichika

ok so today only 8 people entered. Erase those other numbers.
We then replace the Xs with numbers.

In this way, the last person was no. 8. So then the next number is 9, replace the firts x with 9, the next with 10, etc.
1, 9 Ichigo
2 Renji
3, 10 Byakuya
4, 11 Rukia
5, 12 Ishida
6 Keigo
7, 13 Orihime
8, 14 Yumichika

Alternatively, you can assign those numbers starting from 50

1, 50 Ichigo
2 Renji (he is poor, he only bought 1 ticket/1k so take off the x)
3, 51 Byakuya
4, 52 Rukia
5, 53 Ishida
6 Keigo (same here)
7, 54 Orihime
8, 55 Yumichika

Whatever you want, as long as you dont repeat.

~ Cookies also takes note of donations people give in case there is a dispute later on.

Omg its drawing time!
Now before drawing get everyone to turn on their trade and emote chat! THis is important. You speak in trade chat. Emote chat is required so that the players can see the /roll

Remember to say in AC stuff like
"Ticket sales closing in 1 min! Tell me if ur on your way and need time!"
"If you have bought tickets, come back to RAWR GH you need to be here to win!"
"Ticket sales closing NOW!"
You can be a bit flexible is someone wants to buy after you say its closed but before you've announced the numbers.

Now everyone is in GH. You read out the numbers in Trade Chat. It can be easy to just copy and past from your notepad file.

Check whether everyone got their numbers "has everyone who bought a ticket got a number?" If someone says yes, hopefully if you untick alliance and all chat and scroll up you will see the trade.

Time to ROLL!
Ok everyone is now screaming at you to get a move on
Say "drumroll!"
and then
/roll 100 (the 100 is important!)
if it doesnt land on someone's number, keep /roll 100 'ing until you do!

When someone its the winner, announce it in AC! And trade them all cash + item donations.

Currently whatever the cash pot is, Toby will increase it to 50k. So maybe the pot is 31k. Then Toby will also give the host 19k to pass to the winner.
